MVN Athens rental yield promises are misleading
Did some research on MVN Athens, and honestly, the projected rental income figures seem way off. I'm based in Dubai, so I can't do a site inspection myself, but what are people actually getting for a 1BHK there? The brochures promise high yields, but property managers are quoting much lower. This discrepancy significantly impacts my ROI. Is anyone facing similar issues with MVN Athens on rental yields or resale liquidity? What's the secondary market truly like for these units? Need to understand the real picture.

Totally agree with this post! Builders always show glossy pictures and inflated rental projections. I'm also a first-time buyer looking in Noida, and this MVN Athens project always seemed too good to be true with their promises. Is anyone actually getting anywhere near ₹15-20k for a 1BHK there? My agent said something similar about other projects near Alpha I Greater Noida.
