My 10-year investment plan for Greater Noida
Property prices in Noida Extension have shot up almost 15% in the last 12 months. I'm tracking the market closely for 2026, but yaar, is this current price rise really sustainable? Jewar Airport ka hype toh hai, but I'm thinking about the real demand. Kya lagta hai, correction aayega ya prices aise hi badhte rahenge? Also, all-in price per sqft ka kya scene hai? Builders advertised price kuch aur hota hai, phir PLC, parking, IFMS add karke total bill bahut upar chala jaata hai. Is it still a good time to enter for long-term appreciation, especially around Yamuna Expressway ya Pari Chowk? Which 3 areas do you guys think will give maximum appreciation in the next 2 years? I'm looking at a 3BHK around ₹1.5 Cr.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Noida Extension mein toh prices blast ho gaye hain. I was also tracking for 2026, but ab toh lag raha hai wait karna bekar hai. Jewar ka toh hype hai hi, par ye all-in price ka chakkar dimaag kharab karta hai. Is ₹1.5 Cr budget mein kuch milega bhi ya sirf sapne dekh rahe hain?
