Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. Pre-launch discounts sound great on paper, but jab hidden costs, PLC, IDC sab add hote hain na, it feels like ek marketing gimmick hi hai. I also saw a project near Alpha II, Greater Noida, same story. Builder bas initial buzz create kar raha hai.
