₹70,000 rent for my 3BHK in Sector 44 every month for two years straight — I'm seriously fed up now. Finally taking the plunge, looking to buy something around ₹1.5 Cr. Everyone glorifies new launches by builders like Godrej or SBP in New Chandigarh, but honestly, resale market ka kya scene hai? Log bolte hain ready-to-move is best, but are properties actually selling fast in Mohali sectors like 69-71 or Zirakpur? I'm seeing a lot of flats just sitting there, not moving. Seems like sellers are overpricing and buyers aren't biting. Matlab, is the resale market healthy right now ya pura stuck hai? Should I even consider resale, ya new project mein hi jaana chahiye with all the RERA protection? Change my mind.
