₹78L for a 3BHK feels like a lot. My 2BHK is cramped. Looking at Drona Residency vs Priyanshi Heights. Priyanshi's carpet area looks more usable. Are Drona's amenities really worth the trade-off in actual living space?

I faced this exact dilemma last year. Ended up booking a 3BHK in Alpha I Greater Noida for around ₹70L. The market is slowly picking up in Noida, but demand for ready-to-move is higher. Drona's 179 units sound like a lot of inventory to clear, which might mean
Drona Residency is still ongoing, possession date is 2026-06-01, right? That's quite a wait. For ₹78L, you might find something ready-to-move in Alpha II or even near Ajayabpur with a better carpet area. Amenities are good, but what if they delay possession? Happens a lot in Noida.
U4, amenities look good on paper, but practicality dekho. My cousin booked in Alistonia Estate a few years back, similar promises. Abhi tak club house fully operational nahi hai and maintenance charges are through the roof! Don't just go by fancy brochures. Carpet area is what you live in every single day, not the swimming pool you might use twice a month.
Bhai, Drona's amenities are top-notch, especially their club house. For the price range (₹30L – ₹85L), it's a decent deal if you can wait a bit.
Totally relate, U1! My 2BHK feels like a shoebox now that we have a kid. ₹78L is definitely a big jump, and carpet area is KING. Have you checked out their sample flats properly?
₹78L for a 3BHK feels like a lot. My 2BHK is cramped and I'm really eyeing a bigger space in Noida. I'm torn between Drona Residency and Priyanshi Heights. Priyanshi's carpet area looks much more usable, which is a big plus for me. But then I wonder, are Drona's amenities really worth the trade-off in actual living space? Bahut confusions hain yaar.
