Sector 101, Greater Noida West... I'm currently in a 2BHK here and honestly, it's starting to feel cramped. We're thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa, especially with Jewar Airport and all the new infra coming up. My budget for a 3BHK is around ₹1.5 Cr, looking at areas like Sector 150 or even some projects along Yamuna Expressway. Builders like ATS or Godrej Properties have good options, but the price jump for a 3BHK feels significant. Is it worth paying that premium, yaani, does the extra space really translate to better appreciation or rental yields later? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be higher. What's the community's take? Should I stick to a large 3BHK or push for a villa?

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! My 2BHK in Alpha-II Commercial Belt also feels small now. That 1.5 Cr for 3BHK is a big jump, right? I'm also confused about the premium.
