My 2BHK feels small now, eyeing GC Ultra Premium Floors in Sohna. Is it genuinely good for daily living? Amenities useful hain ya bas show-off? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly ya isolated?

Bhai, GC Ultra Premium Floors? Sohna mein? Pehli baat toh, RERA number Not Applicable dikha raha hai, which is a massive red flag, especially for a 'completed' project. Aur total units sirf 4 hain, sounds very niche ya fir kuch gadbad hai. Daily living ke liye, itni kam units mein society ka vibe kaisa hoga, is that even a society? Thoda doubt ho raha hai, please research properly.
