My 2BHK in Phase 2: The 'all-inclusive' cost was a lie.

Honestly, I'm regretting my decision to buy a 2BHK in Phase 2 last year. Possession was promised in 18 months, but now it looks like 2.5 years minimum. My EMI started, and I'm still paying rent. Builders keep pushing dates. And the 'all-inclusive' cost? Turns out there are so many hidden charges, like PLC and maintenance deposits I had no idea about. Is this normal for Noida Extension? I feel like my investment potential is just going down the drain with all these delays. Ab samajh nahi aa raha, should I try to sell now at a loss or just wait it out? Any advice from people who bought in Phase 2?
