Two years ago, I thought I understood property, but this super area nonsense in Rajkot is something else. Everyone just accepts these inflated numbers, but it's a total rip-off, especially for 3BHKs on Kalawad Road. My current 2BHK has a much better carpet to super area ratio. Builders like Balaji Group quote ₹78L for a 3BHK, but the actual usable space feels like ₹60L. Are we just paying for common areas and marketing gimmicks? I'm looking to upgrade, already have a home loan, and every sqft of value matters. Change my mind.

Totally agree with the original post! Yeh super area ka fraud toh Rajkot mein hadd se zyada ho gaya hai. My friend was looking for a 3BHK near Kalawad Road and the difference between super and carpet area was shocking. It feels like we're paying for air.
Haan bhai, same experience! Balaji Group ke projects mein toh aur bhi zyada lagta hai. They quote a good price per sqft but then the usable space is so less. It's a real rip-off for first
