Sector 137 — just moved into my 2BHK here like two months ago. It's been a ride, honestly. We were renting near Sector 78 for ages, tired of the landlord drama. Started looking at RTM flats, ATS projects caught my eye. My budget was around ₹80L for a 2BHK. Now, settled in, I'm already wondering if I made the right call. Should I have stretched for a 3BHK in Noida Extension or even Sector 150? Is the appreciation potential much higher for 3BHKs here? Also, what's the real rental yield like for 2BHKs versus 3BHKs? Things nobody tells you when you're buying.
