My 2BHK move-in: a carpet area revelation

Just moved into my 2BHK in April near the 'Under Construction' corridor. I found checking the actual carpet area on RERA for projects around 80L-1.5Cr makes a huge difference. Did anyone else use this to compare deals there?

Yaar, RERA carpet area is good, but sometimes even then builders find loopholes. What about the quality of construction? Or hidden charges that pop up at possession? I'm looking in New Chandigarh and some projects look great on paper but the word on the street is sketchy. How do you verify *that

Absolutely! RERA carpet area is a game-changer. Builders used to play so many tricks with super built-up, it's the only way to compare apples to apples now.
