Just got possession of my 2BHK in Saraswati Executive Home, Sector 137, Ambesten Infratech ka project. Honestly, abhi lag raha hai kuch legal aspects pe aur dhyan dena chahiye tha. RERA registration check toh kiya tha, but kya real red flags hote hain jo miss ho jaate hain? Builder-buyer agreement mein kon se clauses sabse risky hote hain, jo baad mein problem create karte hain? Mera friend bhi Noida Extension mein dekh raha hai, usko kya advise karoon? And if builder delays possession, RERA mein kya real options milte hain? Is it actually effective ya bas paperwork hai? Kya kisi ne complain file ki hai aur results mile hain?
