My 2BHK purchase: The real cost shocker
Bhugaon — just moved in last month to Rohan Builders' project there, a 2BHK. Possession was in March and things nobody told me are hitting hard. The advertised price of ₹78L for a 2BHK was just the base. The all-in cost with stamp duty, registration, and PLC for a higher floor, ended up way more. My super area vs carpet area numbers feel off too; is that common? I'm honestly not sure if I got a good deal. For those who bought a 2BHK in Pune recently, especially around Wagholi or Baner, what was your actual final cost? How much difference did you see between the 'quoted' price and the 'all-inclusive' price? Should I have negotiated harder on the super area calculation? Any advice for my friends still looking?
