My 2BHK search in Sushant Lok: Second thoughts already?

Possession finally happened last month for my 2BHK in Sushant Lok Phase 1. Budget tha around ₹1.2 Cr, and honestly, finding a good 2BHK within that range was quite a task. Pehle toh I was looking at newer projects near Golf Course Extension but the per sqft rates were crazy, and possession delays ka dar bhi tha. Fir I narrowed down to Sushant Lok. I considered some independent floors in Phase 3, but the maintenance seemed iffy. Also checked out a few options around Sector 29, but felt the vibe wasn't quite right for family. Ended up buying an older society flat in Phase 1, it was around ₹1.15 Cr for a 1200 sqft unit. Location wise toh sahi hai, but now I'm wondering if I should've pushed for something like M2K Corporate Park Residences. Anyone else recently bought a 2BHK in Sushant Lok? What projects did you consider or reject in this budget?
