₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK at Uppal Marble Arch, but I'm really worried about security systems. Brochure mein toh sab hi bolte hain 24/7 CCTV, smart access, but ground reality kya hai? My current 2BHK has better guards sometimes, yaar. For an investor, tenant attraction crucial hai. Agar security hi weak hai, toh resale value pe impact hoga na? Kya sab luxury projects mein yehi haal hai, ya sirf Uppal ka issue hai? Any experiences with their visitor management or guard quality after possession? Need to know if this premium really justifies the long-term ROI.
