My 2BHK upgrade: Aask Homes 01 reality check

Aask Homes 01 keeps popping up in my 3BHK search. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, already have a home loan, and thinking of upgrading. Everyone talks about the initial price, but nobody really talks about the *true* total cost of living here, especially for a completed project. I'm looking at a 3BHK and wondering if the price jump is genuinely justified. What are the actual maintenance charges like? Is the community vibe worth that premium? Okay, I'll say what no one says: I'm worried the resale value won't hold up in a few years, especially with other projects coming up. Is it really a good home, or just good on paper? Change my mind.
