Sector 89 mein Bestech City 2 kaafi discuss ho raha hai. Honestly, ₹1.97 Cr se ₹2.80 Cr for an ongoing project, mujhe itna justified nahi lagta. Everyone talks about the potential, but Bestech ka delivery track record kitna solid hai? I'm in a 2BHK right now, thinking of upgrading, but is this price jump worth the long-term ROI?
