Ansal Aastha Mig Zone — been hearing mixed reviews, especially from an investor angle. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK or maybe a villa. For resale value and attracting good tenants, daily utility quality is huge. Is the power backup really full flat, or just common areas? That makes a big difference for ACs and appliances, affects maintenance. Also, how reliable is the water supply? Are tankers a common sight, or is the tank capacity sufficient? And elevators, do they break down often? What's the response time like for repairs? Just want to understand the ground reality before investing a lot. Is the premium justified for these basic amenities?

It's tough in this market, especially for first-time buyers wanting an upgrade. Rajkot's property market is seeing some stagnation in capital appreciation lately, so getting the basics right for rental yield or future resale is crucial. Ansal Aas
I did some digging on Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. The RERA number UPRERAPRJ5670 shows it's COMPLETED with possession from 2022-06-01. Price range ₹29 L – ₹30 L. But 'completed' doesn't mean functional. I've heard from a few residents there that the full flat power backup is a myth for ACs; it only supports lights and fans. This is a big red flag if you're upgrading for comfort and future value, as the original poster mentioned.
Exactly! Water issues are a deal-breaker for me. Thanks for the heads up, U8. This helps a lot.
Regarding water, it's a mixed bag. Some days it's fine, but during peak summer or when there's an issue with the main line, tankers are definitely a common sight. The tank capacity seems insufficient for the number of flats. My cousin lives there, he says it's a constant headache. Even in areas like Krishna Kunj, nearby projects have better water management.
Oh wow, that's misleading about the power backup. What about the water supply then? Are they dependent on tankers frequently, or is the main supply reliable enough for daily needs?
Ansal Aastha? Stay away, dude. Investor angle se toh bilkul nahi. Ye builders sirf promises karte hain aur baad mein headache dete hain.
Haan bhai, Ansal ka track record utna accha nahi hai. Especially for long-term living and resale. Think twice before putting your hard-earned money.
Totally agree with you. My friend bought in an Ansal project near Krishna Kunj years ago, and till date, they're fighting for basic amenities. Water issues are constant. Premium justified? Not at all for these basics, you'll end up paying more for repairs.
Bhai, you're not alone! I'm also looking at Ansal Aastha for an upgrade, same budget range. The utility question is HUGE. Especially the AC part, summer mein without proper backup, it's a nightmare. I'm worried about maintenance charges too if utilities are always breaking down. It's a big investment, can't compromise on basics.
