My 2BHK upgrade dilemma: Are pre-launch deals ever real?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 17. Pre-launch discounts? They just hide higher total acquisition costs and hidden charges later. Vatika Group or any builder, same story. Change my mind.

Totally agree, bhai. These 'pre-launch' offers are just marketing gimmicks. They show you a lower per sqft rate, but then add so many hidden charges – PLC, EDC/IDC, club membership, maintenance advance. By the time you get the final bill, it's often more than what a ready-to-move property would cost. My friend almost fell for a scheme near Airport Road and regretted it later.
