Prem Nagar keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 65, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa. My budget is around ₹2.5-3 Cr, already have a home loan. With Dwarka Expressway almost complete and Global City plans, I'm wondering about their real impact on property values. Kya lagta hai, will areas like Prem Nagar and nearby sectors along Dwarka Expressway (like 102-113) see significant appreciation *after* completion? Or have prices already shot up and it's too late for a good investment window? Is it worth paying the current premium for a 3BHK now, ya thoda wait karna chahiye? What's the ground reality for capital appreciation along these new infra corridors?
