Whitefield ke builders, unka 3BHK premium... I'm not seeing the value. Already have a 2BHK near Bellandur, home loan chal raha hai. Thinking of upgrading, but for that extra room, is the price jump really worth it? Log bolte hain future-proof, but the extra EMI for a Prestige Group 3BHK doesn't make sense. Disagree? Change my mind.

Totally agree with your point about Prestige in Whitefield. I've been looking at their projects too, and the premium for that extra bedroom feels... inflated. Especially when you consider the traffic for Bellandur to Whitefield commute. Are we just paying for the brand name, ya kuch aur hai?
