Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on which sector. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, thinking of upgrading to a bigger 3BHK but exploring 2BHK options in the High Rental Yield corridor too. My budget is around ₹80L-1.5Cr. Is the premium for sectors like 137 or 143 really justified for a 2BHK? Heard good things about rental returns, but not sure if it's worth the jump from my current place. What about resale potential? Any recent buyers in this range, what are your experiences?
