Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Krishna Kunj, and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a small villa. My budget's around ₹1.2 Cr, but honestly, not sure if the price jump is worth it for a 3BHK. Is the premium for a bigger place, say by Balaji Group or Galaxy Group, in areas like 150 Feet Ring Road or Mota Mava actually justified in terms of future appreciation? I already have a home loan so the EMI jump is a big factor. Should I wait a bit more, or is now a good time to buy given the AIIMS and Airport impact? Also, any real experiences with construction quality from these builders? Don't want project delays.

Bhai, you're not alone! I'm in the exact same boat, eyeing a 3BHK from a 2BHK. Rajkot mein prices kaafi upar ja rahe hain, especially after the AIIMS and new airport news. My budget is also similar, and the EMI jump is what's scaring me the most. Log bol rahe hain wait karo, but then FOMO bhi hai ki kahin aur mehnga na ho jaye. It's a real dilemma, yaar.
