Okay I'll be honest — I'm looking to upgrade from my 2BHK in Sector 57 to a 3BHK or villa in Gurgaon, maybe Sujjan Vihar. I'm an investor, so long-term ROI and tenant satisfaction are key. Is the full flat power backup promised by builders actually reliable, or just common areas? And what about water supply? Don't want tenants facing tanker issues. Do good elevators with quick maintenance response really justify a higher price point for investors? Wondering if these really attract better tenants or just add to maintenance costs.

Sujjan Vihar? Bhai, that project is quite old, possession date 2005-10-01 ki hai. Are you sure that's an upgrade from Sector 57 for an investor? ROI ka kya hoga with an almost 20-year-old building? Maintenance costs will be high, no?
Exactly! Old projects mein tenant satisfaction is tough, especially if common areas look dated. Premium justify karna mushkil hai for something this old.
