Honestly, I'm struggling to justify upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 76. Looking at Krishna Premium Residential Towers. For investors, what's the real capital appreciation track record been like since launch? Any significant upside left? What kind of rental yield are owners genuinely seeing for a 2BHK, say around ₹45L? How liquid is the resale market there? I don't want to be stuck if I need to exit in 5-7 years. Need to know if the ROI makes sense before another home loan.

Mujhe toh location bahut pasand hai Krishna Towers ka. Connectivity acchi hai, aur amenities bhi decent hain. But haan, resale ka thoda doubt rehta hai. 4
Krishna Towers? Bhai, 2017 ka possession hai. Uske baad kya appreciation expect kar rahe ho? Market abhi bhi thanda hai Noida mein, especially for older projects. Sector 76 se upgrade karke yahan aana, not sure it's worth the jump for ROI.
