My 2BHK upgrade in Bangalore feels like a financial maze
Finding real value in Bangalore's current property market feels like such a challenge, especially when you're looking to upgrade. I'm currently in a 2BHK near BTM Layout, thinking of a 3BHK or maybe a small villa. Already have a home loan, so EMI will definitely jump. Is the price jump worth it right now? Matlab, kya abhi bhi kahin price correction zones hain Bangalore mein jahan thoda value mil jaaye? Whitefield, Sarjapur Road toh sab expensive lag rahe hain. Any areas where you've seen actual deals ya thoda better pricing? Also, for builders like Keya Homes, is it better to go via a broker ya direct builder se baat karein for negotiation? Who gives more flexibility on price, ya hidden charges kam hote hain? Any advice would be great, thanks!

Totally agree with you! Bangalore prices are insane. I'm also looking for a 3BHK upgrade and it feels impossible to find anything decent under 1.5 Cr. Matlab, value for money toh hai hi nahi.

Haan bhai, same experience. Sarjapur Road toh chhod hi do, Whitefield bhi out of budget lag raha hai.
