My 2BHK in Sector 37 is giving decent rent, but I'm exploring an upgrade to a 3BHK in New Chandigarh. Secondary market deals mein negotiation kitna possible hai? Owners bohot firm hain. Also, super area aur carpet area ka difference resale value pe kitna impact karta hai, especially for investor ROI? Floor rise premium ko kaise factor karein?
