Property values in some Pune pockets jumped 15% last year, making me seriously consider upgrading from my 2BHK. I'm looking at Prakash The Hallmark Wings D E F, among others. As an investor, I'm worried about actual construction quality. Do those initial cracks and seepage issues really hit resale value later? Also, are the promised amenities like the fancy clubhouse ever truly used, or do they just bloat maintenance charges? Wondering if these high-end features actually attract good tenants or justify the premium pricing. My current home loan is almost done, don't want to get into another money pit.

Yaar, yeh property market Pune mein pagal ho gaya hai! Last year 15% jump sunke mera bhi mann kar raha hai apne 2BHK ko upgrade karne ka. Prakash The Hallmark Wings D E F dekh raha tha, but ek investor ki tarah construction quality ki badi chinta hai. Suna hai in projects mein initial cracks aur seepage issues aate hain, toh kya woh resale value ko sach mein hit karte hain? Aur yeh jo fancy clubhouse aur amenities dikhate hain, woh actually use hote hain ya bas maintenance charges badhate hain? Soch raha hu kya yeh high-end features achhe tenants attract karte hain
