Since last Diwali, I'm seriously looking to upgrade from my 2BHK in Vasundhara to a 3BHK in Raj Nagar Extension. Visited a few New Tech Group projects there. Builders always quote super area, not carpet area. Yaar, the difference feels huge when you calculate per sqft. It feels like we're paying for half a balcony or common spaces as if it's usable carpet area. Is it just me, ya sab builders Ghaziabad mein aise hi karte hain? How much extra are we actually paying for unusable space? Koi real number bata sakta hai?

Bhai, absolutely same experience! Raj Nagar Extension mein maine bhi dekha hai projects, aur yeh super area ka chakkar toh dimag kharab kar deta hai. They show you a big number, but actual usable space is so much less. Lagta hai hum lift lobby aur stairs ke liye bhi EMI de rahe hain.
