My 2BHK upgrade to Sector 43: Worth the jump?

Investment potential in Sector 43 feels really overhyped right now. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 56 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. My home loan EMI will jump a lot, so is the appreciation and daily life really worth it? How's the commute towards Cyber City? Not sure if the premium is justified.

Yaar, Sector 43 ka hype toh hai but prices bhi आसमान छू रहे हैं. Mera dost bhi upgrade kar raha tha Sector 56 se, but usne drop kar diya plan because of the EMI jump. Appreciate toh karega, but kya utna ki EMI justify ho? Cyber City commute ka bhi bada issue hai, especially if you're coming from the far end.

Absolutely! Sector 43 is too expensive. Better to look at areas like Badshahpur for value, thoda time lagega but appreciation
