The price difference between projects in Noida Extension is just wild, honestly. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 121 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Already have a home loan, so EMI's a big factor for me. I'm looking at Sidhyansh Madhuban Enclave, seems ready-to-move and super affordable. But then there's ATS Greens I, which is ongoing and way pricier. Is that premium justified? For someone like me, is the under-construction risk with ATS worth it for better appreciation in 5 years? Or should I just go for the ready option like Madhuban and save on EMI? What's the real price per sqft like in ATS after all the hidden charges and PLC? Any thoughts on which is the smarter move for a family upgrade?
