Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is, especially for investment properties. I'm currently in a 2BHK, looking at Signature Orchard Avenue 2. The ₹21-26L price point is interesting. What's the real capital appreciation been like since launch? Is there any decent rental yield, or just long-term hold? I'm worried about liquidity for resale in 5-7 years. Is there an active secondary market for affordable housing in Gurugram? Any info on actual ROI?
