Did a site visit to Urban Park View last month, aur unka sales pitch sun ke laga sab set hai. They promised possession by end of 2024, but construction speed dekh ke lagta nahi possible hai. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading for investment. Builder ka track record kya hai yaar? Worried about project delays affecting capital appreciation and rental yield. Is it worth blocking ₹3.45 Cr here? Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai for such projects?

Same boat, yaar! Urban Park View ka pitch sounds great but construction speed is worrying. 2024 end is practically tomorrow for a project like this, especially jab ground work hi chal raha ho. Plus, ₹3.45 Cr is a huge amount to block. I also saw the RERA status is 'Not Applicable' and total units are just 5. Is it a boutique project or something else? I'm worried about resale value if it's so small and not RERA registered.
