My 3BHK hunt near AIIMS – feeling priced out?

The 150 Feet Ring Road area for a 3BHK feels so overpriced right now. We're upgrading for kids' school, need a safe 3BHK around ₹85L. Should we wait, or is this the new normal with AIIMS and airport effects? What's your advice on timing?

Totally feel you! Hum bhi 3BHK dekh rahe the 150 Feet Ring Road par, budget ₹80L tha, but ab toh lagta hai 2BHK hi milega. AIIMS aur airport ka hype ne sab mehnga kar diya hai, lagta hai yeh naya normal hi hai ab.

Haan bhai, same pinch! Builders bhi price badhate ja rahe hain every quarter, without any solid reason sometimes. Lagta hai abhi wait karna hi sahi hai, maybe prices stable honge next year
