My 3BHK hunt near Singhu — curious about negotiation
Honestly, I'm completely fed up of renting in Delhi, my landlord just increased rent again so I'm finally taking the plunge. Visited a 3BHK project by Orchid India Inframart Llp near Singhu, they quoted ₹1.9 Cr. But yaar, does negotiation even work in this market? Kitna realistically expect kar sakte hain to knock off? Also, what about hidden costs? Like apart from stamp duty, what else pops up at possession? Don't want any nasty surprises later. Koi tips hain toh batao.
