My 3BHK hunt: 'Ready to Move' prices feel insane

₹1.9 Cr for a 3BHK in 'Ready to Move' corridor feels like a total rip-off now. Everyone talks about its potential, but I think it's completely peaked. Kids ke liye safety aur schools important hain, but this premium price for a 3BHK seems too high. Matlab, ROI ka kya hoga? Is it really worth it anymore? Change my mind, please. Kya value hai abhi bhi yahan?

Totally agree with the OP! ₹1.9 Cr for a 3BHK is just insane. I'm also a first-time buyer and my budget is nowhere near this. Lagta hai dream home will remain a dream only.
