1800 sqft super area for a 3BHK in Gachibowli, but jab carpet area check kiya toh it was barely 1300 sqft. This super area vs carpet area trap is real, guys. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK and feel like builders just inflate numbers. My current place feels more spacious sometimes. How much difference is actually acceptable? Matlab, kitna % builders usually add as common area? Is there any way to negotiate on this, ya it's just fixed? Hope this helps someone avoid a surprise.
