My 3BHK in Whitefield – when's the right time to sell?

₹1.2 Cr for my 3BHK in Whitefield felt like a good deal last March, just moved in. But the market seems crazy now. Friends say wait for Namma Metro Phase 3 to complete, others say sell before interest rates climb more. Is the Bengaluru resale market still hot? I'm wondering if I should hold for 5 years or sooner?

₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Whitefield last March? Bhai, rate toh sahi lag raha hai. But selling now, after just moving in? Bade dilwale ho yaar! Capital gains tax ka bhi toh socho.

Sahi baat hai, U1. Itni jaldi bechoge toh STCG lagega. Not worth it, unless you desperately need the cash. Better to hold.
