My 3BHK journey: Where did the tax savings go?

Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, now buying in Sector 150. I know tax benefits. But with builder's hidden charges, are actual savings even real? Kya faayda?

Totally relate to this! I was eyeing a 3BHK in Sector 150 too, thought the tax benefits would make it sweet. But yaar, when the builder added all those 'preferential location charges', 'club membership', 'IFMS', 'power backup charges' – my eyes just popped out! The initial quote looks so good, but the final figure is a different beast altogether. Lagta hai tax savings toh bas paper pe reh jaati hain, real pocket pe asar nahi hota. What was your final per sqft after all this drama?
