₹2.2 Cr for a 3BHK on Dwarka Expressway? Bhai, that's insane! Mera budget toh 1.5 Cr bhi cross nahi kar raha. Lagta hai correction aayega hi aayega, warna hum jaise first-time buyers ka kya hoga? Kya lagta hai, 2026 tak prices thode settle honge ya aur upar jayenge?
