Just got possession of my 3BHK near Golf Course Extension a couple months back, and honestly, things nobody told me are surfacing. Everyone glorifies NRI investment in Sohna, but is it really worth it without a physical visit? My cousin, an NRI, bought into a Signature Global project sight unseen. Now he's dealing with insane PLC demands and quality issues that weren't obvious from the brochures. Are NRIs just easy targets for builders here? Seems like the 'early bird discount' turns into a post-possession nightmare. Change my mind.

Yaar, totally agree with you! NRI investors are often seen as easy targets because they can't physically verify. My uncle also faced something similar with a project near Badshahpur. The builder promised the moon in brochures, but reality hit hard after possession. Yeh PLC aur hidden charges ka game bahut chalta hai.
Haan bhai, same experience. Mera dost bhi phas gaya tha aise hi. Builders ka toh business model hi ho gaya hai yeh.
