My 3BHK purchase: Pre-launch vs. secondary market regret
Under-construction projects in Rajkot are not always the best deal, I'm realizing this now. Just got possession of my 3BHK on Kalawad Road, Ansal API ka Krishna Kunj project hai. Possession was supposed to be last December, but Feb mein mila. Builder ne bola tha pre-launch best prices hain, but ab lag raha hai secondary market mein better deals mil sakte the. Meri investment puri fas gayi lag raha hai. Kya Rajkot mein price correction zones hain jahan abhi bhi value mil sakti hai? Ya fir secondary market mein negotiate karna easy hota hai compared to new projects? What's your experience?
