Yaar, I'm so confused. My 3BHK search in Delhi is turning into a nightmare. Visited Delhi Housing Affordable Homes recently, and saw some small cracks in the walls. It's supposed to be COMPLETED, but the possession date is 2025-06-01? How does that even work? And they're asking ₹21 L – ₹70 L. Is this really 'affordable'? What about the maintenance charges, are they worth it for good service? My kids need a decent play area, and what I saw looked very basic. Is construction quality always this much of a gamble here?
