Visited Prestige projects near Hebbal Kempapura last weekend, looking for a 3BHK for the family. Honestly, pre-launch offers feel like a total bait-and-switch. Everyone talks about early-bird discounts, but jab final figures dekho toh it's always way higher, including stamp duty and PLC. Super area ka toh alag hi scam hai. Carpet area pe focus karna chahiye na? Builders hamesha aise hi numbers inflate karte hain? Change my mind.
