2 years searching for a 3BHK in Noida, and RERA compliance still feels like a maze. Everyone glorifies RERA, but nobody talks about how easily builders bypass it ya fir they just drag cases. My kids are growing, need space in Sector 150 or 107, and honestly, safety aur good schools are priority. But jab builder ka legal track record check karte hain, it's so confusing. Pan Realtors jaise names bhi hain. Kitne builder-buyer agreements mein hidden clauses hote hain jo sirf unko favour karte hain. Is there a proper way to verify RERA registration beyond just the number? Or is RERA just a paper tiger, especially with projects like Omaxe India Trade Centre? Change my mind.
