₹1.8 Cr for a decent 3BHK in Dwarka these days, even with PLC, feels steep. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame, honestly. I'm looking at places around the upcoming Delhi Metro Phase IV expansion routes, thinking about areas like Rohini or even Saket for potential appreciation. Is it smart to buy now, or should I wait another 1-2 years for the infrastructure impact from UER-II and the IGI Airport Expansion to fully kick in? I know what builders like Tata Housing or Godrej Properties won't tell you about future pricing. Should I jump on something now, or will prices stabilize, or even dip slightly after the initial hype? What's the general sentiment out there?
