My 3BHK upgrade dilemma: Ansal Aastha Mig Zone
Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last Saturday. Currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, but yaar, amenities kaafi confusing lag rahe hain. Brochure mein toh sab kuch dikhate hain, but I'm worried about the actual usability. Clubhouse dikha, pool bhi tha, but it felt so empty. Not sure if people actually use these big clubhouses daily ya just for show off. My budget is around ₹85L for a 3BHK. Is the price jump worth it for these facilities agar woh ghost facilities hi hain? Plus, maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Already have a home loan, don't want extra burden for unused stuff. Anyone living there, please share your real experience. What about security systems, are they working fine or just for paper? Am I overthinking?
