Is floor rise premium for a 3BHK in Gurgaon worth it? I'm in a 2BHK in Palam Vihar, planning a 3BHK upgrade. Projects like Satkartar Homes add ₹10-15 lakhs for higher floors or PLC on a ₹2 Cr unit. My budget's ₹2.5-3 Cr, with an existing home loan. Does this premium translate to better resale or rental yields? Is a 15th-floor view worth much more than an 8th? It feels like a big jump for minimal benefit. Has anyone seen this pay off in Gurgaon?
