Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 150 and Greater Noida West. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 137, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Everyone talks about Jewar Airport, FNG, and the Aqua Line extensions. Are these infra projects *really* pushing up property values that much in places like Sector 150 or even NRI City? A 3BHK there is already hitting ₹1.2 Cr in some projects, feels like a huge jump. Should I expect continued appreciation from these, or is it already priced in? With another home loan, I need to be sure about the ROI. What’s your experience with builders like Godrej or ATS for long-term hold?
