My 3BHK upgrade dilemma: Sk Green Apartment thoughts?

₹58 lakh for a 2BHK at Sk Green Apartment – considering upgrading from my current 2BHK in South Delhi. I'm looking at a 3BHK there, around ₹60L, because we need more space now. It's a completed project, which is a big plus for me. But I'm wondering, is it genuinely good to live in daily? Or does it just look good on paper? Thinking about daily life, what's the neighbourhood quality like? Are there good schools nearby for kids, and decent hospitals? Also, what's the society and community vibe like? Is it friendly or more isolated? Already have a home loan so want to make sure this price jump is really worth it. Any residents or recent buyers wanna share their experience? Honestly not sure if it's the right move.
